Choosing to tie the knot at Deptford Church held profound significance for Michaela, a devout Catholic, and London served as the symbolic home for their union. Their beloved dog, Forest, a cherished family member, added an extra layer of warmth to their celebration after being rescued and embraced into their lives.

Michaela's large family, including her five sisters, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews, flew in from the States, creating an atmosphere of familial love and camaraderie.

The ceremony occurred at Our Lady of the Assumption Church on Deptford High Street, followed by a delightful reception at The Old Joinery. The evening was adorned with heartfelt speeches, including one by Michaela's talented friend, Fay, who crafted a delicious cake for the occasion.

As the dance floor opened, joy and laughter filled the air, with everyone joining in to celebrate the love shared between Michaela and Jamie.
