Hannah Bain
Hey, I'm Hannah – a London-based wedding photographer and designer. I tend to burst into laughter and get a bit teary during speeches. Home is in South East London with my husband, our two children and our very well-behaved dog, Edith. I have been photographing weddings for the past four years, and I love the creativity it enables me to do.
Balancing photography with my design career feels like a perfect match. My designer's eye for framing and style complements my photographic approach. I take on a limited number of weddings annually, ensuring a fresh perspective and the best service for each couple.
My Photography Style
My style is best described as natural, creative, storytelling wedding photography. I love capturing real moments and real emotions as they unfold before me - even the ones you didn’t know were happening! I may provide a little guidance or help, but I do my best to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed, enabling you to enjoy your big day as planned.
Each wedding is unique and I like to approach it that way. My style doesn’t involve a list or a template. I don’t have a special formula. I approach each wedding instinctively, with a personal touch. For me, this is the best way to create a collection of authentic and stunning images that tell a story of you as a couple.
One of my favourite aspects of wedding photography is meeting new people and getting to know my couples beforehand: discovering their story, helping to tell this further on their special day.
